About item delivery
Send a small item from one address to another by car. Enter the pickup and drop-off, choose the item size, and you see the price before you pay.
Item delivery is for small items only, such as a bag, documents or a laptop. We do not move furniture.
You give us the details of the sender and the recipient when you book.
Questions about item delivery
When do I pay?
You see the full price before you pay. You pay by card when you book, and nothing is added later.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancel up to 2 hours before pickup and you get all your money back. Use the link in your booking email.
What can you deliver?
Small items only. We do not move furniture. Some items cannot be carried at all, see the list of prohibited items.
What details do you need?
The sender and the recipient: names and phone numbers, so the driver can reach both of them.
How early do I need to book?
At least 1 hour before pickup. Book earlier if you can.
